What is Instant Book?
Instant Book allows you to book the space immediately without approval from the host. Instant Book becomes an option once your profile has been filled out and supporting documentation has been uploaded and verified. Once your profile is complete, Instant Book allows you to just choose your reservation dates and discuss check-in plans with the host. There is no additional fee for confirming a reservation with Instant Book.
