I'm a restauratuer, how do I start?
Step 1. Log into Peer Brands at https://www.peerbrands.com/
Step 2. Select Complete Your Profile
This will help your community get to know you. Be sure to fill out your full
name, address, business address if applicable, and verify your best contact
phone number and email address.
Step 3. Go to the verification section and upload applicable documentation:
· For Commercial Kitchen Guests using the commercial kitchen for Commissary, Shared, Private, Pop-Up, and virtual (ghost kitchens) please upload the following information:
§ Upload a profile picture so the host knows who you are.
§ Take a picture of your State Issued ID/Drivers License or passport and upload it.
§ Fill out your business license (sales/use tax license) and upload a copy.
§ Upload your applicable restaurateurs (food manufacturers license). If you haven’t received one yet, upload it once received.
§ Upload a copy of your certificate of general liability insurance with the address of your commissary to ensure you are covered in the kitchen you are booking. If you haven’t purchased insurance yet, a 1-million-dollar general liability policy must be uploaded before booking and registered to your primary location. Make sure your primary kitchen that provides your commissary services is endorsed on your Certificate of Insurance.
Step 4. Affidavit of Commissary
· Upon verifying your identity, Peer Brands will invoice you $100 to start your affidavit of commissary. After payment is received, Peer Brands will contact your host to have your Affidavit of Commissary filled out.
· Submit your Affidavit of Commissary to the applicable health department in your county to become licensed.
· Once licensed is submitted upload your license information.
Step 5. Start Booking.
Congratulations! Once you have completed all the steps you are now eligible to book.
