How does the dispute process work?
After a booking is complete, both the host and guest have seven (7) days to initiate a dispute.
Log into Peer Brands
Go to the booking you want to dispute.
Select the transaction, then select the dispute button.
Enter the amount disputed followed by any photos and the reason for dispute.
Let your Peer respond.
Most Peers are able to resolve their issues on their own but may include Peer Brands at any time.
Peer Brands will help resolve any dispute and any descision made by Peer Brands is final.
If a disput is not initiated within the first seven days, all transactions are final.
