How do I create a commercial kitchen listing?
Helper-----When there are choices where a selection is made by making a check this is done by moving the mouse to the box next to the selection and clicking the left mouse button.
1. Go to https://www.peerbrands.com and Log In to your account
2. Click on List Your Space
4. Select Commercial Kitchen and click on Continue
5. Fill in, or select, the information with the kitchen details. Click Continue.
6. On this page you input the max number of guests the kitchen can handle as well as the square footage of the various storage you may have to offer. Click Continue.
7. On this page place a check next to the features the facility has. Click Continue.
8. On this page you can select features, by placing a check next to the feature, which helps in the promotion of the kitchen during queries by prospective interested parties. Also, you can type in any additional information in your own words. Click Continue.
9. On this page type in the address of the kitchen and any information regarding accessing information or anything the individual(s) may need to work in the kitchen. NOTE: You will need to move the location pointer slightly by holding your mouse pointer over the location pointer and hold the left mouse button down and move the location pointer slightly to get it to accept. Click Continue.
10. On this page you can select additional features to your facility to further help in searching by placing a check next to the feature. Click Continue.
11. The basic information regarding your listing is complete. Next, we will move to Set-Up. Click Continue below Set-Up.
12. On this page you add photos of the kitchen (i.e. stove, preparation space, etc.) by clicking on Add Photos. Below the pictures, you can type in a description of the individual photos. Click Continue.
13. On this page you can make selections that describe the facility by placing a check next to the selection. Click Continue.
14. On this page you select the equipment in the
kitchen by placing a check next to the specific equipment. NOTE: There is a scroll-down bar to see additional equipment
other than what is immediately visible. Click Continue.
15. On this page you select any rule for kitchen use by placing a check next to the rule. Click Continue.
16. On this page you can describe the kitchen in your own words. This completes the Set-Up portion. Click Continue.
17. The last step is preparing your listing to host the kitchen. Click on Continue below Get Ready to Host.
18. On this page you select the activities for the kitchen. These activities have a price to them which you will define on the next page. By clicking on the + next to the main activity it will expand it. From there select the sub-activities by placing a check next to the sub-activity. Remember there are 3 activities with a + next to them. When finished click Continue.
19. On this page you input the prices for each activity selected on the previous page. Place a check next to the activity and input a price for each. As an example, if you selected Kitchen Hourly you can select to only allow a Full Day booking vs just per hour or select both. In either case, you will need to input the price for the one or both, if both were selected, and so on. On the Separate Add-on you will need to expand the item by clicking on the + and then placing a check next to your selection and adding a price. When finished click Continue.
20. On this page you select the times the kitchen is available to be booked. When finished click Continue.
21. On this page you input your cancellation policy by clicking on the box itself to expand the selection then click on the selection. The same for the Booking Type. This is followed by inputting security deposit amounts. When finished click on Continue.
22. On this page you can further define the availability of the space. When finished click Continue.
You are finished setting up your listing. You can click on Preview to see it. The admin will still need to verify all the documentation is complete and review the listing to make it active.
