How do I create a event and/or office space listing?
Helper-----When there are choices where a selection is made by making a check this is done by moving the mouse to the box next to the selection and clicking the left mouse button.
1. Go to https://www.peerbrands.com and Log In to your account
2. Click on List Your Space
3. Select List Any Space (Event, Office)
4. Under What type of space do you have? Select the type that best fits your space. Click Continue
5. Answer whether the location is furnished or not along with the number of spaces you wish to list at that specific location. Let potential customers know if the space is Shared or Private. Let us know if this is the first time you’ve hosted your space or not. Give the estimated square footage of the space. Click Continue.
6. On this page you input the max number of guests allowed in the space. Click Continue.
7. On this page place a check next to the Amenities the space has. Click Continue.

On this page you can select Services and Extras, by placing a check next to the service or
extra, which helps in the promoting of the space during queries by prospective
interested parties. Also, you can type in any additional information in your
own words. Click Continue.
9. On this page type in the address of the space and any information regarding accessing information or anything the individual(s) may need regarding the space. Click Continue.
10. On this page you can select access methods to the space. Click Continue.
11. The basic information regarding your listing is complete. Next, we will move to Set-Up.
12. Click Continue next to Set-Up.
13. On this page you add photos of the space (i.e. furniture, bar, fireplace, etc.) by clicking on Add Photos. Below the pictures, you can type in a description of the individual photos. Click Continue.
14. On this page you can make selections that describe the space by placing a check next to the selection. Click Continue.
15. On this page you select the special features in the space by placing a check next to the specific space. NOTE: There is a scroll-down bar to see special features other than what is immediately visible. Click Continue.
16. On this page you select any rule for the space usage by placing a check next to the rule. Click Continue.
17. On this page you can describe the space in your own words. This completes the Set-Up portion. Click Continue.
18. The last step is preparing your listing to host the space. Click on Continue next to Get Ready to Host.
19. On this page you select the activities for the space. These activities have a price to them which you will define on the next page. By clicking on the + next to the main activity it will expand it. From there select the sub-activities by placing a check next to the sub-activity. Remember there are 3 activities with a + next to them. When finished click Continue.
20. On this page you input the prices for each activity selected on the previous page. Place a check next to the activity and input a price for each. As an example, if you selected Kitchen Hourly you can select to only allow a Full Day booking vs just per hour or select both. In either case, you will need to input the price for the one or both if both were selected and so on. On the Separate Add-on you will need to expand the item by clicking on the + and then placing a check next to your selection and adding a price. When finished click Continue.
21. On this page you select the times the space is available to be booked. When finished click Continue.
22. On this page you input your cancellation policy by clicking on the box itself to expand the selection then click on the selection. The same for the Booking Type. This is followed by inputting security deposit amounts. When finished click on Continue.
23. On this page you can further define availability of the space. When finished click Continue.
You are finished setting up your listing. You can click on Preview to see it. The admin will still need to verify all the documentation is complete and review the listing to make it active.
